She has built and managed highly effective teams, working across different cultures and geographies, and navigating complex organisational politics.

Amanda specializes in enabling organisations to harness the skills of their own people to drive purpose led, meaningful and sustainable business outcomes. She has as a strong technical background in strategy consulting, industry experience delivering transformation, and experience operationalizing and scaling new business ventures and capabilities.

Dr. Joseph has over two decades of experience in leveraging technology to drive organizational growth, performance, profitability and quality outcomes. He has been a change agent with various technology projects and has implemented transformative business strategies through data-driven decisions and business intelligence. Dr. Joseph is an expert in Healthcare technologies, digital transformation, AI and smart hospitals. One of the first successful implementations of Artificial Intelligence in Radiology in the region was under his leadership. Furthermore, he has worked with government authorities and Public Private Partnership models to improve healthcare delivery.
