Amanda is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in business transformation and growth. Since joining Smart Salem in 2022, she has led the organisation through significant changes, opening two new state-of-the-art medical centers and launching over 20 new services.
As a respected leader in local healthcare, Amanda regularly speaks to the media and at events on preventative healthcare and AI-driven early disease detection.

Paul brings over 20 years of multinational leadership experience across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, luxury retail, and higher education sectors. At Smart Salem, he leads the operational strategy with a strong focus on optimising systems and processes, enhancing customer experience, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting the organisation’s continued path of sustainable growth.

Charlotte is a highly accomplished and results driven Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience.
She is an expert in building and leading effective teams, navigating complex organisations, and managing multiple projects. With 18 years at PwC, Charlotte brings in-depth technical expertise in finance and tax, along with significant experience in business and finance transformation.
