Payment and Booking Policy:

• A  AED 50 booking fee is non-refundable.
• If a booking fee has been paid, the  AED 50 application creation service charge will be waived upon arrival, if applicable (only for new medical fitness applications).
• It is the responsibility of the customer to:
• Confirm in advance their eligibility to undergo the medical fitness test at a SMART Salem center.
• Bring all required documents to their appointment.
• Bring an accepted method of payment (card excluding Amex or cash – AED or USD) if required.

Privacy Policy

Generally, this website does not collect Personal Information about you unless you choose to provide it. You can visit the site without revealing Personal Information.
